ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENT

1. Purpose

This document provides information on the administrative arrangement for the VECONAC Business Meeting which will be held on 24th to 27th of October 2024 in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

2. Venue

The meeting will be at MELIA Hotel, Ha Noi.

Address: No. 44 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

3. Hospitality

The host will bear one accommodation for Head of Delegate and two accommodations for 4 delegates (Single or Twin bed room) from 24th (Check In) to 27th (Check Out) October 2024 at Melia Ha Noi Hotel. The host country will cover expenses for 15 delegates and observers related to food, local transportation, and other facilities concerning the meeting activities as outlined in the Program. It is important to note that other costs, such as accommodations for additional companions, air tickets, hotel mini-bars, hotel incidentals, room services, phone calls, and other activities besides our program, shall be for the account of the participants.

4. Registration

The delegates are requested to kindly fill-up the registration form and send on or before 5th October 2024.

5. Medium of Language

The medium of language that shall be used all throughout the meeting is English. Member countries are encouraged to have their respective interpreter, if there is a need for one.

6. Electricity

In Vietnam, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type A, type C and type D are used. The standard voltage is 220 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.

7. Weather Condition

As summer fades into autumn, the weather in Ha Noi, Viet Nam in October is cooler and drier. The avarage temperature is 25 degree Celsius, ranging from 22 degree to 28 degree Celsius.

8. Local Time

Local time in Ha Noi is GMT+7.
